Everyday Self-Care for Campus GBV Workers | Session 2: Nourishing Oneself through Fatigue, Stress and Burnout

The second session of this series, this module will share naturopathic approaches to resourcing the physical body to navigate stress and burnout. We will learn how to recognize patterns of disharmony and assessment; fuel calm and digestive peace to lower inflammation through the gut; and use plant medicines and natural allies to support digestion. Participants are welcome to bring meals to all sessions, and if desired share in a practice to eat mindfully together at this session.
