With a focus on consent in the workplace, this year’s Consent Awareness Week engaged participants in diverse sectors across Canada.

Education is a key component of strengthening skills and accessing tools to address sexual violence in all STEM spaces – from labs and classrooms to field placements and co-ops. Whether students are learning and working on or off-campus, respect, equity and safety are essential. 

We believe senior administrative leaders have a particularly important role to play as it relates to setting up the foundations for safe and positive experiential learning opportunities.
