Everyday Self-Care for Campus GBV Workers | Session 1: Everyday Self-Care to Keep Burnout at Bay

The first session of this series, this module will focus on recognizing the signs and patterns of burnout. We’ll discuss how to understand your wise nervous system’s stress response; learn how to connect to breathing to recognize and diffuse a stress response; and identify how to weed out energy leaks and seed energy gains.
